Khiara, of House of Ki. My work is about coming home to the body; listening to it, trusting it, and making space for whatever it’s trying to tell us. My approach is shaped by Eastern teachings and wisdom, drawing from Shiatsu, Thai massage, acupressure, cupping, and Traditional Chinese Medicine. I like working intuitively with the body and meeting people where they’re at, helping them slow down, get out of their heads for a bit, and reconnect with themselves.
